If a phbing account remains inactive for twelve (12) consecutive months, phbing may apply an inactivity fee of ₱200 per month to the account balance, as permitted under these Terms. Players will be notified by SMS before inactivity fees begin to apply.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and promotional offers provided by phbing are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the promotion. In the absence of specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all phbing promotions:

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phbing's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your phbing account in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
phbing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage, including lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of phbing, even if phbing has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves a risk of financial loss and that you participate in all games at your own risk. phbing is not liable for any gambling losses incurred through legitimate game outcomes on the platform.

You should first contact phbing customer support with details of your complaint. phbing will endeavour to provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If the dispute is not resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate through formal channels.
Players who believe phbing has acted contrary to PAGCOR's regulations may file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official channels. phbing will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation.
phbing reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, phbing will notify registered players via SMS to their registered Philippine mobile number and/or via a prominent notice on the phbing platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
The current version of these Terms is always accessible at phbing.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects when the most recent changes were made. Your continued use of phbing after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
